Shopping Cart

All prices quoted on our website are in Australia dollars and GST inclusive. Delivery charges are included in the checkout stage of the shopping cart once you enter your Postcode. Delivery charges will not be automatically calculated in our online shop for only a few items (e.g. slides) where we do not use Australia Post.

Delivery within Australia is by Australia post wherever possible. If your order is over sized and not accepted by Australia post we will use the most efficient delivery method available depending on your instructions and requirements.

We have the services of a local courier or truck for deliveries in the Sydney metropolitan area and TNT Road Express or several other road transport organisations to send goods interstate or to those more remote areas.

For our overseas customers we always quote postage, packaging and handling costs before processing an order and send goods via Australia post economy air unless otherwise advised.

We endeavor to have your order processed and packed ready for dispatch within three working days of receiving your payment. If you require your goods urgently we can express post them to you. Please note this in the comments field in the order page.

We will notify you of all costs involved in processing, packaging and handling before the order is processed to ensure there are no hidden expenses you are not aware of.

During online ordering, the website will advise you the total delivery costs for the order plus the cost of the goods ordered. We charge a small handling fee ($5.00) to cover the cost of the packaging materials & handling and this is incorporated into the delivery cost. Occasionally we find a discrepancy between the automatic calculation of postage which is based on a direct lookup into Australia Post's online database and what the correct postage should be. Should this happen for your order, we will notify you by email and we will not process your order unless you approve the difference in charges

At all times we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you have a deadline please let us know and we will do our very best to get your order to you on time.
